After the main round draw, Athletic Futsal has learned its first opponent in Group 5 of Path B.
After the main round draw for the UEFA Champions League, Athletic Futsal has learned one of its opponents in Group 5 of Path B. The Dnipro side will face Serbia's Loznica-Grad 2018, whose arena will host all of the group's matches from 27 October to 1 November.
Two more opponents will become known later, once the qualifying round is complete. It is from there that the winners of groups A and G will join Group 5.
Group A features Vrhnika (Slovenia), Athletic Futsal (Austria), Proekt (North Macedonia) and Maccabi Netanya (Israel).
Group G features Chrudim (Czechia), Studentski Dom (Montenegro), Kalmar (Sweden) and Saltires (Scotland).
The qualifying round matches will take place on 26–30 August, after which the full lineup of Group 5 will be known. For Athletic Futsal, these fixtures will determine two of the three future opponents in the club's debut European campaign.
