Lytvynovskyi called up to Ukraine U-19 for Futsal Week

Athletic Futsal's youngest player, 16-year-old Daniil Lytvynovskyi, is preparing with the youth national team for the international Futsal Week tournament in Croatia.

The season is not over yet for Athletic Futsal's youngest player, 16-year-old Daniil Lytvynovskyi. While the club sums up a historic silver campaign, its academy product has earned a call-up to Ukraine's U-19 national team.

Daniil has joined the national side, which is preparing for the prestigious international Futsal Week tournament. The competition will be held in the city of Porec, Croatia, bringing together youth national teams to test themselves at international level.

Ukraine's youth side will play its first match of the tournament on 23 June against Finland U-19. The team's further opponents will depend on the results of the games — the tournament format sees teams move through the bracket according to the matches they play.

For a 16-year-old, taking part in a tournament of this level is valuable experience and a chance to prove himself against strong peers from other countries. It is a natural continuation of a season in which he already earned playing time with the club's first team.

We wish Daniil bright performances, confident displays and new achievements with the national team. Athletic Futsal is proud of its academy product and cheers him on.
