In a new video he talks about what lies behind the team's success on the court and how Athletic grew into a strong professional organisation.
One of the topics of the conversation is how the club built up a professional staff during its move into the Extra League. As the team grew, so did the infrastructure around it: administration, doctors, media — everything a modern professional club needs to work consistently towards results.
Kutsyk also focuses on the radical rebuild of the squad under Oleksandr Kabanenko. Renewing the team and constructing a new playing model became the foundation on which the achievements of the historic season were later built.
Another emphasis of the video is the synergy inside the club and the decision to place full trust in the coaches. According to the president, this is precisely the approach that became Athletic's right path to the result it had dreamed of.
